If you are looking for generic factory “cider” made with glucose syrup and apple concentrate that always tastes the same, then move along, there is nothing for you here. If however you want a drink with a taste that reflects the apples that went into it, the orchard they grew in and even what the weather was like then we reckon you might just like Green Man Cider.

We use a wide variety of apple varieties, always looking for interesting new blends or surprising single variety ciders.
Hands-on process
All of our apples are hand picked, and hand sorted before being pressed and fermented in small batches.
Draft Cider
From our traditional minimum intervention – Proper Dry to sweeter options like our Landkey Gold and Bumblebee as well as one off barrel releases and single varieties. This is still, unfiltered cider available in 3 , 10 and 20 litres, as well as by the pint from the cider bar.
Carbonated Cider
Proper cider but with an added sparkle. Curently availble in 2 varieties – Naturally Dry and Vintage Medium. Although the range is set to expand on 2026
Special Edition – Bottle Conditioned Ciders.
These are made from a selection of our most interesting barrels – bottled young and given a secondary fermentation.We then give the cider time to mature to create a “mousse” of fine bubbles and more complexity
